The Balochistan government has decided to conduct a complete lockdown in the most affected areas of Quetta.
The decision to lock down the most affected areas of the city from Corona was taken at a meeting of the Home Department for which data and details of the most affected areas of the city from Corona have been sought from the Health Department.
The Home Department has also directed Casco, Sui Gas Company, WASA and PTCL to take steps to provide the required facilities in the respective areas within two weeks.

The Corona Virus Operations Center has initially identified 20 union councils in Quetta as more affected than Corona.
A complete lockdown will be implemented in the most affected areas of the city from Corona in the next two days.
It should be noted that the number of cases of corona is increasing in the country, so far the total number of patients has exceeded one and a half lakh of which 8794 belong to Balochistan province.
