Minister of state for information and broadcasting Farukh Habib on Tuesday praised his own government’s economic policies and said that country’s exports were increasing despite the spread of novel Coronavirus.
Taking it to twitter, the minister said that during four month period of July-October exports reached amounted to nine point five billion dollars.
“Due to Prime Minister Imran Khan’s special attention, Pakistan’s exports are increasing despite outbreak of Coronavirus.” Farukh Habib wrote.
He said that exports’ volume was 25 per cent higher as compared to last year.
“For a period of July-October, exports reached amounted to nine point five billion dollars, twenty five percent more than last year” Farukh Habib wrote. “In October, a 17.5 percent increase was recorded in exports that reached a volume of 2.471 billion dollars, a record in itself for month of October” he added.
