Pakistan, Saudi Arabia to take bilateral ties to ‘new heights’: PM

ISLAMABAD –  Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said on Monday Pakistan and Saudi Arabia would take their bilateral relations to ‘new heights’.
Talking to the Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf Saeed Al Malkey, who called him on Monday, PM Shehbaz Sharif recalled his latest conversation with Saudi Crown Prince and stated that they had agreed to work together to further strengthen ties.
Nawaf Saeed Al Malkey on this occasion passed on felicitations to Shehbaz Sharif for holding the Prime Minister’s office.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on this occasion lauded the vision of Saudi leadership for transforming country in a remarkable way. PM Shehbaz also lauded the contribution of Pakistani community working in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in progress and development of the two countries.
While concluding, the prime minister affirmed that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy fraternal relations, characterized by mutual trust, close cooperation and commonality of views on all issues of common interest.
Shehbaz Sharif underscored his government’s commitment to further enhance these historic and long-lasting relations by exploring new areas of cooperation.
