Shahida Perven appointed as convener of FPCCI women regional standing committee on women empowerment

PESHAWAR
Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Vice President, Qurrat-ul-Ain has appointed Mrs. Shahida Perven as convener FPCCI women KP regional standing committee on women empowerment and devolopment for the year 2024-25, representing women chamber of commerce and industry, Peshawar division.
She is authorized to select and appoint professional and experienced members throughout KP region (minimum 9 members) in her committee from the relevant field within 14 days as per SOPs of FPCCI standing committees, who can contribute effectively and convene meeting of the committee within 30 days of the nomination, says a statement here.
She is advised to hold at least one meeting of her respective committee quarterly and summary of actions to be taken by the committee may be furnished to the FPCCI secretariat for necessary dissemination to the executive committee.
The actvities of the committee would be reviewed on quarterly basis and if the committee remained non-functional, the convenership would be withdrawn.
Shahida Perven is the Proprieter M/S. Blossom’s Saloon. She is further advised to keep close coordination with FPCCI secretariat for necessary assistance in order to make the committee successful.
