On the occasion of the open court, the public presented their complaints, including lack of drinking water, deteriorating law and order situation in the area, theft, robbery and medical centers. Absence of doctors, lack of medicine, non-availability of agricultural water, public informed about the problems related to the revenue department, including written and verbal information.

All the District Heads concerned should pay special attention to redressal of the grievances raised by the people, it is a very important process. Ensure steps are taken so that increasing number of complaints from the public can be markedly reduced. Complaints about the departments have been redressed as soon as possible so as to provide relief to the people who are negligent in government affairs. Strict action will be taken against the officers and their staff.

We do not want the problems of the people to increase instead of decreasing. Decrease in complaints. In this open court, we heard the problems faced by the people and the district administration will take all necessary steps to solve it and similarly open court will be held in the future to solve public problems.
