Deputy Inspector General Khuzdar Range Sohail Khalid said that they are trying to improve the work of the police, but the personnel and resources are limited, but the police are trying hard to fulfill their responsibilities in an efficient manner while staying within the available resources. There is a need to increase the confidence of the police so that they can perform better security measures. The current position of the police stations needs to be improved in terms of construction and operation. I have discussed with the above authorities that how we can increase the facilities of the police stations, when the condition of the police stations improves, we will be able to establish more police stations.
He said that there are clear messages for the police to solve the abuses and give equal justice to the people, and no complaint or negligence will be tolerated in this regard. There are good and bad people in every institution, but those who are good. There is a need to increase morale and improve the training of those who have flaws and to implement the punishment and punishment.
