Providing quality education and better medical facilities are among our top priorities
Shirani 7th August 2024: MPA Shirani Dr. Muhammad Nawaz Kabzai has said that the provision of quality education and better medical facilities are among our top priorities on which no compromise is acceptable. Teachers should ensure their attendance in educational institutions. All teachers are very respectable to us, so they should leave no stone unturned in performing their duties honestly. Avoid absenteeism and ensure that all doctors and officials associated with the health department provide better medical facilities to the public, otherwise formal legal action will be taken against them.
He expressed these views while talking to the teachers and doctors present there on the occasion of visiting primary, middle and higher secondary schools and health centers. Deputy Commissioner Shirani Sana Majbeen Imrani was also present with him. Chairman District Council Advocate Dawood Khan Sherani DHO Saifuddin Bugti DO Education Abdul Sattar Sherani and others were also present on this occasion. On the occasion of Dr. Muhammad Nawaz Kabzai’s sudden visit to various educational institutions and health centers in Shirani district, teachers were found absent in some schools, some teachers were on leave without requesting the principal, some teachers were replaced by substitute teachers. Some students’ uniform books and school bags were missing, when asked, the children alleged that we were not provided anything by the school.
There is no arrangement of fans in this severe heat, while in some schools teachers were present and children’s studies were better. Dr. Muhammad Nawaz Kabzai congratulated him and while giving instructions to Deputy Commissioner Shirani about the closed schools and absent teachers, he said that legal action should be taken against the absent teachers and asked the Education Officer to do so as soon as possible. Provision of basic facilities to the students should be ensured as soon as possible. MPA Dr. Muhammad Nawaz Kabzai visited the Rural Health Center Zamani Khawa in the Health Centers. Due to lack of medicines and no electricity in the hospital, there is a need to provide solar battery light fans.
