Ban imposed on trade unions of Balochistan is pending for five years. Chief Justice of Pakistan is requested to look into the case of ban imposed on trade unions of Balochistan. Comrade Majeed Zahri.

Provincial President of Railway Workers’ Union Comr
Majeed Zehri said in a newspaper statement that the restrictions imposed on the trade unions of Balochistan are a violation of workers’ rights and social justice.

Trade unions play an important role in protecting the interests of workers and raising their voice.

By imposing restrictions, not only their legitimate rights are denied, but also the workers face difficulties in fulfilling their legal and social needs.

Such restrictions are harmful not only to the workers but to the entire society as they violate the principles of justice and fairness.

We must work to end restrictions on trade unions and provide an environment where workers have full protection of their rights and the freedom to raise their voices.

He appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to consider the case of ban on Balochistan trade unions sympathetically and conduct the case.
