Quetta, October 13, 2024: Advisor to Chief Minister Balochistan for Women Development Department, Dr. Rababa Khan Bilidi has said that the role of Pakistan Navy in providing equal opportunities for development and employment to the country’s security and youth, especially women, is commendable.
He expressed these views during a meeting with Captain Abdullah Siddiqui, station commander of Pakistan Navy Quetta. In the meeting, cooperation between Pakistan Navy and Women Development Department was discussed in detail regarding professional training of women.
Emphasizing the importance of establishing a professional development institute for women in Balochistan, Dr. Rababa Bilidi said that the establishment of such an institute will provide an opportunity to develop the skills of the women of the province and to showcase their talent at the national level.
He said that various projects regarding women’s education and professional training are under consideration in collaboration with Pakistan Navy, which will not only provide better opportunities to the women of the province, but will also play a positive role in the socio-economic development of Balochistan.
