Grand Jirga in Turbat: 500 People Join Pakistan Muslim League (N)
Haji Barkat Ali Rind highlighted the success of the Grand Jirga held in Turbat on November 29, where a significant gathering took place with people from the Dasht area.
“It was a historic gathering, where nearly 500 people announced their decision to join the Pakistan Muslim League (N).
I am grateful to all those who placed their trust in the party and became part of our mission for the betterment of the region,” he said.
He emphasized that the growing public support for the Pakistan Muslim League (N) reflects the increasing trust in the party’s leadership and its commitment to regional development and public welfare.
Employment Opportunities: Sending People Abroad for Jobs
Haji Barkat Ali Rind also spoke about the efforts to create job opportunities for the people of his area.
“So far, we have provided jobs to 30-40 individuals in the education and health sectors, and the Balochistan government has sent around 300 people abroad for employment.
Our region is also part of this initiative, and we have successfully sent 300 individuals to Saudi Arabia and Germany,” he added.
He further mentioned, “Our team is present there for interviews, and people are witnessing that a representative of the Pakistan Muslim League (N) is providing employment opportunities for them.”
Immediate Relief for Flood Victims
Reflecting on the recent floods and heavy rains in Turbat, which caused extensive damage to agricultural lands, Haji Barkat Ali Rind explained the relief efforts.
“We have included all the essential projects in the PC-I for the flood-affected areas to mitigate the challenges faced by the affected people,” he said.
The flood-affected communities require immediate access to healthcare, education, and other basic services, and efforts are being made to fulfill these needs promptly.
15 Crore Hospital Project: A Step Towards Better Public Health
Haji Barkat Ali Rind shared details of his efforts to improve healthcare facilities in the region.
“We have initiated the construction of a hospital in Mand with a budget of 15 crore rupees. The construction has already started, and all necessary equipment has been delivered to the area,” he explained.
He also mentioned that the improvement of the region’s infrastructure is underway.
“The contractor has started work on a 50-kilometer road, and street lighting, as well as the installation of 16-run desalination pumps, are in progress to improve the water supply,” he said.
Education Sector Development: Addressing School Needs
Regarding the education sector, Haji Barkat Ali Rind shared his efforts to address the infrastructure needs of schools in his constituency.
“We have provided additional classrooms to schools in our area. In the Malah Fadhl Club, two new classrooms were added, and I have approved the installation of solar systems in some schools to ensure that children receive quality education,” he said.
