Quetta Web Report: Managing Director WASA, Muhammad Gul Khilji, has announced important steps regarding consumer convenience as soon as he took charge.
He said that WASA gives top priority to consumer convenience and prompt resolution of their issues.
Muhammad Gul Khilji said that for any complaint or information related to water, consumers should contact the SDO or Complaint Receiver in their area’s subdivision.
If the problem is not resolved at the local level, consumers can approach the Public Relations Section at WASA’s head office to register their complaint and get further guidance.
He clarified that all WASA’s initiatives are for serving consumers and resolving their issues.
He also appealed to consumers to submit their due bills and arrears on time so that WASA can perform its duties properly.
The Managing Director assured that WASA’s team is ready to serve the customers at all times and all complaints will be resolved as soon as possible.
He said that resolving customer complaints and providing the best facilities is WASA’s primary responsibility.
