Rekodik Mining Company (RDMC) has launched a community mentorship training program. Under this program, senior officers of the HR department will provide special training to local educated and skilled youth to get jobs. During this program, local people will be given CV creation, interview preparation, and vocational training so that they can be well prepared for any future recruitment process as well as getting jobs.

In the past few days, various sessions were organized by the Human Resources Department of RDMC for 114 educated and skilled youth from nearby villages including Hamay, Durban Chah, and Tang Kachau, where the participants were trained under this program.

The aim of this mentorship is to provide young men and women from nearby villages with skills, confidence, and knowledge that will enable them to successfully join the workforce. This initiative reflects RDMC’s commitment to developing local capabilities and driving economic and social development in Balochistan.

Regarding this program, HR Lead, Inayatullah Qabadani said, “Our activities are aimed at creating employment opportunities, especially for our nearby villages and Chagai district, in addition to creating convenience for the people. By building local capacity, especially among the youth and women, we are investing not only in our business but also in the long-term sustainability of these communities.”

Rekodik Mining Company considers community development as a core pillar of its mission. The company is committed to improving local employment, education, health and employment opportunities. This mentorship program is one of the many initiatives that RDMC has initiated to ensure that the people of Balochistan not only benefit from it, but also become active partners and part of the future of the province’s mining sector.
