Sibi, January 8
Deputy Commissioner Sibi, Major (Retd) Ilyas Kabzai, chaired a meeting to finalize preparations for the polio campaign scheduled from February 2 to February 6.
Officials informed the meeting that 37,991 children across 25 union councils in two tehsils would be vaccinated. A total of 285 teams, supported by 40 fixed sites and 19 transit teams, will participate in the campaign.
The deputy commissioner directed teams to strictly follow micro-plans and ensure effective coordination so that no child is missed. He announced personal oversight of training sessions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
