Quetta, January 31:
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti have reaffirmed that the resolve of the state and the people against terrorism in Balochistan remains unshakable, and the sacrifices of the brave martyrs will never go in vain.
The remarks were made on Saturday during their participation in the funeral prayers of the martyrs in Quetta and while meeting security personnel and the families of the fallen heroes at the Police Lines.
Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti said that the courageous security personnel confronted terrorists with exceptional bravery and determination, adding that the state has always stood with the oppressed. He stated that the martyrs would rise alongside the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and that the people of Balochistan are indebted to their sacrifices.
He assured the bereaved families that every drop of the martyrs’ blood would be avenged and urged them to remain steadfast and patient in this difficult time.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid tribute to the bravery of the security forces and the public, stating that the forces carried out a strong and effective response against the terrorists. He termed the sacrifices of the martyrs unforgettable and said that the entire nation salutes them.
Both the Federal Interior Minister and the Chief Minister emphasized that state institutions and security forces remain fully alert and active to maintain peace and order in Balochistan, reiterating that terrorist elements would not be spared under any circumstances.
