Islamabad : State Minister for Parliamentary affairs Ali Muhammad Khan Monday said that blasphemous content in the name of freedom of speech can’t be acceptable at all.
Talking to media persons inside the Parliament house, Ali said that it is a very sensitive issue and journalists must also take great care of the sensitivity of the matter. History shows that only Prime Minister Imran Khan and Turkey’s Recep Tayyip Erdogan were the two leaders to openly condemn and confront blasphemy, said Ali Muhammad Khan.
Minister for state further said Imran Khan went to United Nations and addressed world forums, only stressing over the need to combat Islamophobia and blasphemy. People belonging to banned TLP are our brothers, we don’t want any torture and injustice with them, said Ali Muhammad Khan.
