Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed the members of the National and Provincial Assemblies to play their full role in providing relief to the people in this hour of need. Encourage the public to take precautionary measures to effectively prevent the spread of the corona virus while providing relief to all sections.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that keeping in view the ground realities especially the economic situation of the country and the problems of the common man, the government has decided that the lockdown will be gradually eased in the coming days but security measures for every sector. Comprehensive SOPs have been developed based on which public representatives should play a proactive role in implementing them. The Prime Minister said that the government is trying its best to provide all possible relief to the people in view of the Corona virus situation.
He said that despite the difficult situation, the government announced a total economic package of Rs 1.25 trillion. He said that the process of providing Rs. 12,000 to 10 million deserving families besides the country is being ensured on the basis of transparency and merit. In addition, a special program has been launched to provide relief to laborers and workers.
He directed all elected public representatives to ensure that all the beneficiaries in their constituencies could easily avail the relief package provided by the government. Addressing the members, the Prime Minister said that it is very encouraging that people from all walks of life across the country have come forward to assist in the efforts to address the difficult situation of Corona and provide relief to the people. Has joined the Corona Relief Tiger Force with great enthusiasm.
He said that TORs have been prepared for the use of Corona Relief Tiger Force comprising of one million volunteers. He said that this Tiger Force dedicated to the spirit of service has not only helped the district administration in providing relief to the people.
