Polio campaign in 13 districts of Punjab will commence from March 13.
The polio campaign will continue for 7 days in the districts of Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and 5 days in the districts including Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, DG Khan, Layya, Mianwali, Multan, Rajin Pur, Rahim Yar Khan, Sheikhupura and Sialkot.
Polio drops will be administered to over 11250000 children upto age 5 years.
A meeting was held here in civil secretariat under chief secretary Punjab to review arrangements for polio campaign.
The care taker health primary health minister Jamal Nasir, all divisional commissioners and deputy commissioners attended the meeting through video link.
Chief secretary directed that polio campaign be made success vigorously.
