: Price Control Committee Monitors Goods in Gwadar Ladies Market, Warns Vendors Against Overpricing

Gwadar: Under the direction of Assistant Commissioner Saad Kaleem Zafar, the Price Control Committee conducted monitoring of daily-use grocery items at the well-known Ladies Market in Gwadar. During the inspection, expired, substandard, and overpriced Iranian food products were identified, and several shopkeepers were strictly warned for violations.
Committee in-charge Ansar Baloch emphasized that strict adherence to government orders and price lists is mandatory. Sale of expired goods, substandard items, and overpricing will not be tolerated, and violators will face legal action under relevant laws. The administration confirmed that monitoring will continue regularly to ensure quality products are available to the public at fixed rates.
