Imran Akhtar Tareen, known as Imran Tareen, born on 21st of December in Quetta, Balochistan, to an ethnic Pashtun family of Late “Malak Akhtar Muhammad Tareen” who was a Chief “Malak” of his village “Kili Malakyar” Pishin District.
Imran Tareen is a Pakistani Film, Television, Web, Theater and Radio, Actor (Artist) of Urdu and Pashto language, using classic “Method Acting” an adopted technique inspired by seniors, he acts in all genres.. Comedy, Action, Drama and Romance.
A famous Entrepreneur, Compere, Voice-over Artist and Host for many National/International and Notable Live shows., also a Screenwriter.
Did his Primary from Makran Division’s small town “Tump” then Junior High School from “Lasbela” and “Dureji” Middle School from “Tameer-i-Nau Public School, F.G. Public High School” and Matric from “Islamia High School” Quetta.
Done his F.sc from “Tameer-i-Nau College” Quetta, later on he completed his Master’s degree in “International relations” (IR), and “Bachelor of Law” (LL.B) from “University of Balochistan”, Quetta.
He also received Master’s diploma in “Photography” from “Balochistan Arts Council”, Quetta.
Started his career in (1996) as a famous Radio Voice, from Radio Pakistan (PBC) and FM101 as Drama Artist, Compere, Rj and Dj.
Due to his voice quality, Pronunciation and style he became Popular all over.
His Baritone voice, which is used for narration and background commentary for Film, TV, Web and Documentaries.
Joined (Sachal/Hot FM 105) Quetta, as Station and Program Manager, after few months he Joined (Chiltan FM 88) Quetta, as Station and Program Manager.
Made his Television debut from Urdu drama serial “Wapsi” in (1997-1998) Produced by Pakistan Television Corporation, Quetta Center. But his first Drama Serial was “Ashir Azeem’s “Mahafiz” for which he was properly auditioned by “Ashir Azeem” in (1996) due to some Technical reasons serial didn’t Released.

He began to achieve success at the box office as an infiltrator, based on true events “Revenge of the Worthless” (2016) Directed and Written by “Jamal Shah” playing Antagonist turned Protagonist, as “Janan Khan” opposite “Firdaus Jamal, “Iftikhar Qaiser, “Maira Khan and “Noor.
Having Keen Interest in Film Making Since Childhood, His hard work was noticed, securing first position in “Film Making” workshop under “American Film Showcase” (AFS) on “The Art of Cinematic Storytelling” by “USC School of Cinematic Arts” a program of “U.S. Embassy” (State Department) supporting partners “International Documentary Association” (IDA) and “Hunerkada” at Islamabad and Karachi, Teachers were “Academy Award” winner Director (Ted Braun) and “Emmy Award” winner (Marilyn Agrelo).
