Balochistan Assembly Public Accounts Committee reaches Gwadar on two-day visit at the invitation of Director General GDA, reviews ongoing projects of GDA

The Public Accounts Committee of the Balochistan Assembly has reached Gwadar on a two-day visit.
The committee delegation was welcomed at the airport by Member Balochistan Assembly Maulana Hidayat-ur-Rehman, Director General Gwadar Development Authority Shafqat Anwar Shahwani and Deputy Commissioner Gwadar Hamood-ur-Rehman, Chief Engineer GDA Haji Syed Muhammad and Chairman Tehsil Municipal Committee Gwadar Sharif Miandad.
The delegation is being led by MPA Asghar Tareen, while other members include Rehmat Saleh Baloch, Zabid Reiki, Fazal Qadir and others. The delegation has come to Gwadar on the special invitation of Director General GDA Shafqat Anwar Shahwani to review the ongoing development projects in Gwadar.
During the two-day stay, the Public Accounts Committee delegation will visit various development projects and take a detailed review of the progress of the ongoing works by GDA.
During this time, the Director General GDA delegation will give a detailed briefing on development projects and government initiatives. The Director General GDA termed this visit as a practical demonstration of the transparency and efficiency of the institution.
He said that the development of Gwadar is important not only for Balochistan but also for the whole of Pakistan and all possible resources are being utilized in this regard. GDA has always been committed to completing quality and sustainable development projects on time, and the invitation to this visit also reflects this commitment.
